Each year Yorkshire Building Society and Yorkshire Building Society Charitable Foundation holds a national appeal for a particular type of charity which is chosen by staff and members of the Society. The Society's staff, both at Head Office and throughout the branch and agency network are involved in fundraising activities for the cause, including individually organised events held at a local level, such as tombolas, raffles and book sales.
