New Security Measure

During September we introduced our new transaction confirmation service, an additional security measure for certain online transactions.

This service provides additional security through an automated call using a phone number you have registered with us and on which you can be contacted at the time of the transaction.

Make a Difference Week

Yorkshire Building Society Charitable Foundation is again supporting local communities throughout the UK through it's annual Make a Difference Week.

Launching on Friday 28th May 2010 and running until 5th June 2010, customers and members of the public are invited to nominate local good causes and charities to be considered for support by the Foundation.

If you would like to nominate a local good cause to be considered for support during Make a Difference Week, please visit your local branch/agency or call the Member Contact Centre on 0845 1 200 100.
