On 2 November 2017, the Bank of England announced that the Bank Base Rate would increase with immediate effective from 0.25% to 0.50%.

By road. Leave the M62 at junction 26, following the signs to the M606, Bradford. At the end of the M606, follow the road under the roundabout to the right. At the traffic lights turn left past McDonalds. Yorkshire House is located shortly after on the left hand side. Car parking will be clearly directed.
By train. Bradford Interchange and Bradford Forster Square are both 3 miles away. Leeds Railway Station is 11 miles away.
