Service Standards
The service standards are rigorous and all solicitors on our panel are required to:
- Accept referrals and contact clients within 24 hours of receipt
- Commit to keeping the client up-to-date daily via the website, email or text messages
- Will try their best to meet the expected completion date assigned to each stage upon instruction
- Manage all cases individually from acceptance to completion on a daily basis
- Chase any overdue stages and escalate as appropriate
Rating solicitors
Once a case has completed, you can give the solicitor a performance rating, which can be reviewed by other users. This provides an added incentive for solicitors to ensure their service is of the highest quality.
