The car you’re insuring:
- Is registered/owned by your or your partner
- Has not been modified
- Is kept at the home address overnight and is valued at less than £50,000
- Must have been bought for you or your partners use
- Must be a UK model or if imported from the EU it must be equivalent to a model available in the UK
- Must have seven or less seats
You and anyone who may drive the car you are insuring
- Are 21 or over and under 76 years old
- Have a full UK or EU licence that you have held for at least a year
- Have not been convicted of (or have any prosecutions pending for) fraud or dishonesty
- Have not been disqualified from driving in the last 5 years
- Have not been refused car insurance renewal or had a policy cancelled
- Are permanently resident in the UK
- Have not been asked to refer a medical condition to the DVLA
- Have not been advised by a doctor as unfit to drive

The no claim discount you are using for this policy must be in your name and have expired within the last 2 years
