The car you’re insuring:

• Is registered/owned by your or your partner
• Has not been modified
• Is kept at the home address overnight and is valued at less than £50,000
• Must have been bought for you or your partners use
• Must be a UK model or if imported from the EU it must be equivalent to a model available in the UK
• Must have seven or less seats

You and anyone who may drive the car you are insuring

• Are 21 or over and under 76 years old
• Have a full UK or EU licence that you have held for at least a year
• Have not been convicted of (or have any prosecutions pending for) fraud or dishonesty
• Have not been disqualified from driving in the last 5 years
• Have not been refused car insurance renewal or had a policy cancelled
• Are permanently resident in the UK
• Have not been asked to refer a medical condition to the DVLA
• Have not been advised by a doctor as unfit to drive
