What will happen at an appointment?

Legal & General consultants look at the whole picture - your needs, your lifestyle and your plans for the future. That way they can give you expert advice on which Legal & General products are suitable for you.

So, when you meet a consultant, they will have a discussion with you to give them an understanding of who you are and what you need your money to do for you. From this, they will be able to tell you about the products that meet your needs.

To help with this process, it would be useful if you brought the following to the meeting:

• Details of any existing investments
• National Insurance Number
• Passport or Driving Licence for ID purposes so that you can proceed if you wish to

Plain English

Products will be explained in simple, straight-forward English - no financial jargon - so you'll be clear how the different products work and what the benefits and risks are.

At the end of the interview

You will be free to take out a policy or open a new account or go away and think things over. If you want to come back for another chat, that's fine too.
