Mortgage application - Your options

To make it easier to get a mortgage quote or apply for a mortgage, we have developed an online mortgage application process. Now mortgage quotes and applications can be done from your home or work via the internet with a lending decision in seconds.

Please note that some products may not be available for application via the web. Details of our products and how you can apply for them are shown in our Current Mortgage Range section.

Approximately 10 minutesGet an Approval in Principle

Based on the information you provide, we will give you a quick lending decision. This involves the Society carrying out a credit check on you. You can save the lending decision, and then complete your application later either online or over the phone.


Approximately 30 minutesApply for a mortgage

Completing the full mortgage application includes obtaining a quick lending decision. You will not be asked to print any documents as our online application process is totally paperless. Once you have a lending decision you can save your application and complete it later either online or over the phone.
