Moving home

Take your existing mortgage to your new home

It's easy to transfer your current mortgage to your new home and you can still benefit from any special feature you already have (e.g. fixed, capped or tracker rate) when your new mortgage completes. If your special period has ended, but you are still within the early repayment charge period, the portable amount of your new mortgage must be taken at our Standard Variable Rate. For more details, see our Types of mortgages section for more details on our mortgage range, or view our Early repayment and Moving home pages. And if you'd like any further help please don't hesitate to contact us.

If you'd like to get an example cost of a mortgage, you can use our Cost calculator or Offset demonstrator.
