Request a mortgage product transfer online

  • Complete as much information as you can - this will help us to process your application quicker.
  • Providing an email address or a daytime telephone number will help us to contact you if there are any queries on the details you've entered.
  • Refer to our product factsheet when completing the product details and your chosen product option. Make sure that the product title and product code are completed. This will ensure we send you the offer on the correct product.
  • You can not have a part offset, part non offset mortgage when making your product selection. Please check your latest mortgage statement if you are unsure which type of mortgage you have.
  • If you currently have a mortgage made up of more than one product, you will need to refer to your latest mortgage statement for the details of the part on which you require the Product Transfer. Your latest statement will also show whether you are still within an early repayment charge (ERC) period on any part of your mortgage, as such charges will be made in the event of a Product Transfer. If the charge period ends within the next 90 days, you can apply for your transfer now but it will not take place until after the ERC period has ended, unless you agree to pay the charge.
  • We sometimes have to withdraw our products with little or no notice. Make sure the product you choose is still available by checking the product factsheet.
  • If you do not receive a Product Transfer offer within 7 days of submitting this request, please contact us.
  • If you want to carry out any other amendments to your mortgage in conjunction with the product transfer contact your branch or our Member Contact Centre.
  • We must receive a signed copy of the acceptance within 14 days of the date of the Product Transfer offer. Upon receipt of the transfer offer we will write to you and advise you of your new payment. If you do not hear from us within 7 days of returning your offer, please contact us.
