Transfer your mortgage to a new home

It's easy to transfer your current mortgage to your new home, subject to meeting our lending criteria, and you can still benefit from any special feature you already have (e.g. fixed, capped or discounted rate) when your new mortgage completes. If you need to borrow more than your current mortgage to buy your new home you may be able to take this about on one of our current mortgage products.
