Remortgage benefits

See below for a comprehensive list of the remortgage benefits we offer.

Competitive interest rates: That could save you money on your monthly repayments.
A wide range of products: Such as fixed rates, variable rates, discounted rates and trackers. Or you could consider a different type of mortgage, e.g. if you have built up some savings, one of our offset mortgages might enable these savings to work harder for you.
Assistance with fees:

The remortgage service on some of our products pays your legal fees for a standard remortgage, the cost of the valuation and electronic transfer of mortgage funds to the solicitor.

Flexibility:

Take your mortgage with you if you move home, or overpay a little each month and use this surplus to take a break from your mortgage.

It is important to remember that if you choose to take a break, you will still be charged interest. An overpayment limit may apply.

The ability to borrow more: For example, to fund home improvements.
A wide range of insurance products: Ensure that your home and your family are protected if the worst happened, e.g. if you became ill and couldn't work or were unemployed.

Please note that some of our mortgages have product fees or early repayment charges - please refer to individual mortgage products for more information.

Take a look at our current mortgage range to find a remortgage product that suits your needs.
