**As part of selected products in our current mortgage range we're providing free 12 month You Choose Home Insurance. The free You Choose Home Insurance policy, is subject to meeting eligibility criteria and must be taken out.
If we are unable to offer you a You Choose Home Insurance policy then you will not be eligible for the selected mortgage product and would need to choose a different mortgage product from our current range that does not offer a free policy.
You Choose is our flexible Home Insurance policy, which offers a choice of buildings only, contents only or buildings & contents cover that can then be tailored to meet your requirements.
When you apply for one of our current mortgage products that offer a free 12 month policy, our advisers will explain all of the options the You Choose Home Insurance policy offers, discuss your needs and recommend which covers suits you, as well as assessing if you are eligible.

Then when your mortgage completes we’ll start your free 12 month policy.
