Apply for a 1 year e-Bond

How to apply for a 1 year e-Bond

Our new e-Bond offers a fixed interest rate for a 1 year term. You can only apply for an e-Bond online, and there are no paper forms to complete and sign.

Please read the 1 year e-Bond Product Terms and General Terms and Conditions before applying online.
You will need to verify your identity and address when you apply for a YBS account. Check our Verifying your Identity section for more details.

If you already have an online account:

(either savings or mortgage)

Log in
In the 'Your Account View' page, click on the relevant link in the right hand menu.

If you do not have an online account:

You will need to register as a new online customer and complete our online application process
