Rollover TESSA-only ISA - key features

If you have a TESSA-only ISA with another provider and are looking ahead to a special purchase or simply want to watch your money grow, transferring to our Rollover TESSA-only ISA allows you to budget confidently.

Rollover TESSA-only ISA is a fixed rate TESSA-only ISA that you can "rollover" each year by doing nothing.

Your interest rate is fixed and your initial term runs from the date your ISA is opened until the end of the corresponding month 1 year later. At the end of the term you can 'rollover' for a further term at the fixed interest rate applying at that time.

Key features:

  • Interest rate is fixed and calculated on a daily basis
  • Annual or monthly interest option available*
  • Minimum investment of only £100
  • Maximum investment is the value of your existing TESSA-only ISA
  • Runs from date the ISA is opened to the end of the corresponding month 1 year later
  • On maturity, the ISA can be "rolled over" for a further term at the interest rate applying at that time
  • Additional deposits up to the total capital in your TESSA at maturity can be made in the month you open your Rollover ISA

Choose from the following:

* Interest is calculated on a daily basis and will be added to your account on maturity. Alternatively you can choose to take a monthly income from your account. Monthly interest is paid on the last day of each month and must be paid to another YBS account, bank or another building society account. Therefore, to maximise your tax-free savings you should choose to have annual interest added to your account. Monthly interest is available as some investors take an income from their savings and want their ISA to form part of their investments portfolio.
