If we offer you products and services from other companies and you take up these offers you will be entering into a contract with the company concerned, which will be governed by their Data Protection Policy. They will tell us if you have taken their product so that we can manage your relationship with us better. By knowing what other products you have, we can be more selective in future marketing.
If we need to resolve a query about the suitability of the applicant, service offered or service taken we may discuss your details with the relevant company and will co-ordinate with them in providing you with a response to any complaint.
All these relationships are controlled by contractual arrangements which protect your information.Disclosures of your personal information are only made with your consent or if there is a legal requirement to do so.
