Day to day administration for the employer and employee

Our Share Plan Trust Manager will deliver legislative expertise regarding the Trust Deed and Rules, and will be involved in contract negotiations for all share plans.

Day to Day SIP/Sharesave administration is the responsibility of our Share Plan Administration Manager, who is supported by experienced Team Managers and a team of administrators responsible for:

  • opening new accounts
  • dealing with payments
  • changing standing data
  • payroll queries
  • maturities
  • sale of shares from trust

These personnel co-ordinate their activity through your Implementation Team to ensure the one point of contact for the Plan is maintained and the project controlled.

Employee general enquiries are fielded by the Society?s 200 strong Member Contact Centre.
