Our 200 strong Member Contact Centre is responsible for taking all the Society?s calls, including share plans and provides support to Corporate Business.
Representatives are trained to take Share Plan calls, and are constantly assessed and coached to improve service. The Member Contact Centre was awarded the Call Centre Association Standard for service excellence in 2001.
The system includes functionality specifically designed to support call centre activities offering full integration to workflow, letter production and contact history.
