Preferably we would recommend a detailed project plan with a 12 week window. However, that luxury is not always possible so with a lot of hard work and a "one team" approach, together we could launch a plan sooner, but don?t say we didn?t warn you !

A team who will establish a watertight plan with imagination and flair to deliver contemporary communication material for employees, then you need a robust plan with time to do the implementation justice.
If we have the timeframe - once key decisions have been made your Implementation Team will run with the project to sign-off and deliver our service with as much or as little involvement as you wish to have.
