Getting started

Welcome to the share plan account registration process. To register your account you will need your:

  • Customer number - this can be found on the letter sent to you recently
  • Share Plan or SIP number
  • National Insurance number

Setting up a password

You will need a password & memorable word to be able to log in to our system after registration.

  • If you already have an online account with us you can use your existing password and memorable word.
  • If you do not have an online account with us, the system will prompt you to set up a password and memorable word.

Once you have registered to view your accounts online, paper-based statements will only be available upon request. If you would like to receive one, please telephone our Member Contact Centre on 0845 1 200 300, which is open from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm, Saturday 9.00am, to 1.00pm.

All communications with Yorkshire Building Society may be monitored/recorded to improve the quality of their service and for your protection and security.
