The Nominations Committee is responsible for nominating candidates for the position of non-executive director, taking into account the balance of skills, knowledge and experience on the Board, and for making appropriate recommendations to the Board.
The members of the Nominations Committee are the Chairman, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive.
