Remuneration Committee

The Remuneration Committee is responsible for considering and approving the remuneration of executive directors and other senior managers.

The overall policy on executive directors? remuneration is that it should be competitive with those of other comparable organisations in the financial sector so as to attract and retain high calibre individuals with the relevant experience. In addition, part of the remuneration should be based on the Society?s financial and service performance (including customer satisfaction) and individual performance so as to motivate and reward successful business and personal performance which is in the interest of members and other stakeholders.

The committee is made up of all the non-executive directors of the Society.
