Management Trainee Programme

The Yorkshire is one of the UK’s leading building societies and we see Management Trainees as critical to our continued success.  The Branch Management Trainee Programme has been designed specifically to ensure the availability of high quality Branch Managers in line with our succession and growth requirements.

The programme provides a structured developmental path over a minimum of 18 months and maximum of 2 and a half years. Trainees develop a comprehensive understanding of branch based operations, management and leadership skills to make the transition from Trainee to high performing Branch Manager.
