| Salary: | Starting salary in a role is determined by the skills and experience that you can contribute. The salary range for this role is £17,500 to £19,000 and a £2001 Mortgage Authorisation Supplement.
Additional Salary Information:
Branch Bonus Scheme, Bupa, Car Allowance of £3600 per annum.

Purpose of role: To implement the requirements of the Society's Sales Development Scheme through the supervision and assessment of appropriate authorised staff. To improve sales quality and performance by effective observation, coaching and development of authorised staff.
Professional Qualifications or Essential Experience Required:
- Experience as a mortgage adviser within a financial services environment.
- Full CeMAP or equivalent qualifications.
- Supervisory qualifications & experience is desirable.
