Savings Service Representatives

Purpose of role:

To handle all incoming calls from YBS account holders, branches and third parties.

Professional qualifications or essential experience required:

• Knowledge of Society's products
• Good telephone skills
• Positive attitude

Reports to:
Service Delivery Manager

Responsibility for staff:
None

Accountabilities:

• Deal in an efficient, friendly manner with all internal and external customers regarding YBS accounts and third party telephone enquiries.
• Ensure all necessary follow up action is completed accurately within agreed timescales.
• Recognise opportunities to retain existing customers who may be thinking of moving to a new lender.
• Recognise opportunities to promote Society products that match customers' needs.
• Contribute to culture of continuous improvement.
