The input and feedback from our members is vital to the running of our business. We provide a number of ways in which you can get involved.
Over 10,800 members currently help us ensure our customers' needs are at the heart of everything we do. As part of the Panel they provide vital feedback on new products, and help us to review existing products and services.
This new initiative was established in 2005 and currently consists of 19 members drawn from the Member Panel to represent a cross section of our overall membership. The Forum meets to discuss specific issues in a small group, and to question and challenge the Society's senior management team. This debate, and the views expressed, are extremely useful in helping us ensure the voice of the member is heard.
We hold regular 'Question Time' and 'Meet the Chief Executive' events at different venues around the country, including branches. These are open to all members and provide members with an opportunity to ask the Chief Executive questions and meet other senior managers and branch staff.
