Branch Accessibility We regularly review the design and layout of our branches and where planning permission allows we improve access to make it as easy as possible. Our branch staff are informed and sensitive to disability issues, and services include hearing induction loops, magnifiers, passbook identification stickers in Braille. Literature and Communication If you require any of our printed material in an alternative format, such as large print, Braille or audio tape, please speak to a member of staff at your local branch or contact us on 0845 1200 100.
