New Security Measure

During September we introduced our new transaction confirmation service, an additional security measure for certain online transactions.

This service provides additional security through an automated call using a phone number you have registered with us and on which you can be contacted at the time of the transaction.

Customer notice - Faster Payments

As a result of technical issues we have temporarily changed the way we accept inbound Faster Payments over this weekend.

Payments that are sent to us between 6:00pm Friday, 18th May and 6.00am Monday, 21st May will not be credited to accounts until 9.00am Monday, 21st May. Interest will, however, be paid from the date the money was paid in to ensure you are not disadvantaged.

Faster Payments out of accounts are unaffected.
