Hundreds of charities and community groups across the UK could soon be benefiting from a cash boost as the Yorkshire Building Society Charitable Foundation invites you to nominate a good cause as part of its 10th birthday celebrations.
Together We can Make a Difference launches on Friday 13 June and runs until Saturday 21 June. During this time you can call into any of the Yorkshire's branches or agencies to nominate a charity for a donation.
Louise Neill of the Foundation said "This campaign offers the Foundation the chance to support smaller, local charities that are often overlooked by large organisations, which are important to the Society's staff, its members and the communities where they live and work.
The Foundation receives most of its funds through the Society's unique Small Change, Big DifferenceTM scheme where members donate the pence of interest they receive on their accounts to the Foundation in turn supporting hundreds of charities across the UK.
