About me

I am not aware of any adverse credit history. and I have checked your affordability calculator.
I currently reside in the UK and I am a UK Citizen or hold an EU passport
I am over 18 and will be under 80 when my mortgage ends on a repayment mortgage or under 70 on an interest only mortgage.
Please be aware that if this is a joint application, the above is relevant to both applicants.

About my mortgage

My mortgage will be no more than 95% of the property value.
Any new mortgage repayments will be on a repayment, Interest only or part Interest only basis

About my property

My property will be lived in. It will be my home.
If I am remortgaging. I will have lived in my home for more than 6 months.
If the property I am buying is a new build. I know the maximum loan to value is 90%.

About my mortgage

My repayments capital and interest. Interest only mortgages are not available for transfer online. For interest only transfers, visit us in branch or get in touch.
