Get involved

Inspired by what you’ve read? Want to play your part?

We’d love you to get involved. We have a number of schemes and activities you could get involved in such as helping to shape our business by nominating a charity for a donation or fundraising for End Youth Homelessness.

End youth

Through our partnership with End Youth Homelessness, we aim to help homeless young people move out of supported accommodation and into their own homes. We’ve so far raised more than £620,000 towards our Rent Deposit Scheme.

By providing rental deposit guarantees and home essentials grants, our project gives practical help to young people across the UK who are ready to make that step to live independently. To support them in their new home, young people will also benefit from financial advice and support in building the life skills and confidence they need to move on to lead successful and independent lives. You can support these young people by donating now.

Make a donation

The Charitable Foundation donates to registered charities in local communities across the UK, recommended by colleagues and members.

Donations are made to charities that fall into two priority areas:

1. Alleviating poverty
2. Improving health/ saving lives

Small Change
Big Difference®

Turn pennies into millions of pounds for good causes

Our Small Change Big Difference® (SCBD) scheme allows our members to donate the annual pence of interest from their savings or mortgage accounts to the Charitable Foundation. The average donation is less than 50p per year and the maximum is just 99p. This provides the majority of the Charitable Foundation’s funds. Every penny received through the scheme is used directly to help charities in our local communities.
