Things to remember - your appointment checklist:

  • The date and time of your appointment.
  • Identification – if you’re opening a savings account you’ll need to bring along:
    • Proof of name – This could be your current passport, driving licence or a tax coding notice from HMRC.
    • Proof of address – A recent original utility bill, council tax bill or bank statement.
    • National Insurance Number – if you’re opening an ISA, we’ll need your NI number.
