Can I borrow more on my mortgage?
If you choose to extend your mortgage term, your monthly payment may reduce, but you’ll pay more interest in the long run. Similarly, shortening your mortgage term will see you pay more of your mortgage off per month, and less interest overall.

Can I add or remove someone from my mortgage?
If you’re coming out of a joint mortgage with someone, or want to add someone new to your existing account, you don’t need to worry. This is known as a ‘Transfer of Equity’ – which relates to the change of legal ownership of the property. There’s a one-off fee for completing these changes, but rest assured we’ll be able to guide you through the whole process.
If you’re going your separate ways and want to sell your home or one party is wanting to buy the other out and stay in the property, we can also help you with next steps on this. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
