- Lending amounts £300,000 - £20,000,000 maximum per portfolio for commercial lending (minimum £500,000 for commercial buy-to-let)
- Loan terms from 5 to 25 years up to 75% LTV
- Both variable and fixed rates
- We also provide lending for HMO, Semi-Commercial and Holiday Let properties.
