A little bit about Al

With over 37 years of experience in banking and finance, Al is an experienced leader with a strong track record for delivery in a variety of profit accountable roles. His expertise lies in sales, risk, client management, business development, leading change, and operations. As Head of Networks for YBS Commercial Mortgages, he works closely with the business development team, building deeper relationships with broker networks, working collaboratively with them to achieve their growth aspirations.  Previously he worked at BoS, Lloyds and Barclays.
