New Security Measure
During September we introduced our new transaction confirmation service, an additional security measure for certain online transactions.
This service provides additional security through an automated call using a phone number you have registered with us and on which you can be contacted at the time of the transaction.
To help you understand how easy it is, we've added a demonstration to our website along with answers to a range of questions you might have.
If you are contacting us regarding your annual mortgage statement these will be sent out from 16th January through to 1st February. All statements should be received by 6th February.
