The offer
You can get an e-voucher when you make an eligible ISA transfer from another provider into a Loyalty Fixed Rate Cash ISA or Loyalty Fixed Rate Cash e-ISA. Transfers from YBS or Chelsea Building Society (“CBS”) do not count towards the offer.
E-vouchers are provided by Simply Thank You’s onecode platform and can be used with participating retailers (“the offer”). E-voucher terms and conditions
You can get a:
£100 e-voucher if your total eligible ISA transfers are from £20,000 to £30,000
£150 e-voucher if your total eligible ISA transfers are over £30,000
You can only get one e-voucher per customer. There is no cash alternative.
Eligible ISA transfers
To count towards this offer, your ISA transfer must:
come from another provider that is not YBS or CBS
be received by us no later than 30 days after the account is withdrawn from sale (this is the “offer period”).
If you make more than one eligible transfer, we’ll add them together to work out your total transfer amount.
How to qualify for the e-voucher
You must:
open a Loyalty Fixed Rate Cash ISA or Loyalty Fixed Rate Cash eISA
keep the account open until the end of the offer period
complete the ISA transfer process for eligible ISA transfers by the end of the offer period
give us a valid email address for you.
If you close your account before the end of the offer period, you will not qualify for the e-voucher.
What happens next
If you qualify, Simply Thank You will email you the e-voucher by 15 January 2027.
The e-voucher will come from Simply.Thank.You@dotdigital-email.com. Please check your junk folder.

The offer does not affect the terms of your Loyalty Fixed Rate Cash ISA or Loyalty Fixed Rate Cash eISA.
To send your e-voucher, we will share your first name, surname and email address with Simply Thank You. Go to Simply Thank You’s Privacy Policy to find out how they use your information.

We may delay, change or cancel the offer if both of the following apply:
it is reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside our control
the change does not materially disadvantage participants.
We may refuse the e-voucher if you do not meet these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are governed by English Law. Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
