How to get your £10 e-voucher

Register for online banking

If you opened your account in a branch or by post, you’ll need to register for online banking first.


If you already manage your account online, you can skip this step.

Download our app

Go to your app store and search ‘YBS’. Download our app and follow the instructions. You’ll need your customer number to set it up.

Register and log in to our app

You can now manage your accounts wherever you are.


Simply Thank You will email you a £10 e-voucher by 6 August 2026.

Where’s my customer number?

You can find your customer number on an email or letter we sent you. We can send you an email reminder if you need it.

Significant terms and conditions

Get a £10 e‑voucher (Simply Thank You onecode) when you download, register and log in to the YBS app for the first time during the offer period 20 July-3 August 2026 (midnight).

One per customer. No cash alternative. No purchase required.

 

Eligibility: UK residents 18+ with a YBS savings or mortgage account, new to the app, registered for online access and have a valid email.

Excludes: YBS employees, contractors and agency staff.

 

E-voucher sent by email within 3 days after 3 August 2026 if eligible from Simply.Thank.You@dotdigital-email.com
