Mobile account management

We've improved the way you can manage your account online using your mobile.

This is the first step of a journey we're on to make it easier and quicker for you to manage your money on the go.

Please note that as part of these changes, some services won't be immediately available on a mobile phone. You'll need to login to your account on a desktop or tablet device to:

  • Send us a secure message
  • Deposit money into your savings account with a debit card
  • Close your account
  • Arrange ISA transfers
  • Re-invest following fixed-term maturities.

We support iOS 8 and above, Android 5 and above, and Windows 10 and above.
