Yorkshire Building Society Group Contact Centre receives industry recognition

Yorkshire Building Society Group has announced that its customer contact centres have been awarded CCA Global Standard accreditation.

CCA is the professional body for leading brands in customer experience, challenging and connecting public and private sector organisations to become world-class.

The accreditation is for the work undertaken at the Group’s contact centres at Yorkshire Drive in Bradford, Lynch Wood in Peterborough and Charlton Kings in Cheltenham.

Sarah Jackson, Yorkshire Building Society Group Director of Customer Services, said:

CCA Global Standard is recognised industry wide as the definitive standard for customer contact operations.
