Yorkshire Building Society has been named the Best Building Society Savings Provider and Best Building Society Mortgage Provider.
The mutual won the top accolades at the Moneyfacts Awards 2020, which recognises financial services providers for their products and services. This year due to the coronavirus outbreak the awards were announced on Twitter.
Benjamin Merritt, senior mortgage product manager, said:
We’re thrilled to be recognised as the best building society mortgage provider and to receive this award which is a great achievement in what is currently a very competitive mortgage market. We’re pleased our commitment to offering a strong and varied range of mortgages has been well received and this accolade is testament to that.
The Yorkshire was also highly commended in the Personal Finance Provider of the Year and the Best Fixed Rate Mortgage Provider categories at the annual awards.
