You need to:

  • Be 18 or over
  • Be a UK resident and either a UK citizen or hold a European passport
  • Use the mortgage for the property you’re going to live in
  • Have all your income paid in sterling (£)
  • Not use any of your mortgage for debt consolidation
  • Check that you are on the electoral register at your current property
  • Read our lending criteria to help your application go as smoothly as possible.

We'll ask you for:

  • Your income
  • Regular outgoings
  • Address history for the last 3 years.
