Once your savings have matured, you can either stay in the account we transfer your money into automatically, or you can transfer your money to another product without loss of interest. Please refer to the letter we sent you for more details.

Online account maturities

If you have an online account that has matured, or will be maturing soon, you’ll receive an email from us detailing your options and will need to login to manage your account.

If you have online access to your branch account, you can log in and choose a new product once your savings have matured. If you don’t yet have online access, register here.
