Our online Approval in Principles are transferable – this means that once you have obtained a successful lending decision online you can go into branch or contact us over the phone to complete your full mortgage application.
The details you have provided for your lending decision will be available to the mortgage advisor you speak to, so you won’t need to provide these again.
Our online mortgage applications are offered without advice (sometimes called ‘execution only’ applications). You can find out what this means with our online applications help page. If you decide you’d like some advice on the mortgage deals available to you or any aspect of the application process, you can visit us in branch or speak to us over the phone.
You can request an appointment to meet with a mortgage advisor in one of our branches. Our automated system will allow you to request a slot in the diary of your nearest branch.
